Two fishermen armed robbers jailed for 10 years for stealing a Ghc170 worth phone

[Ghanacrimes.com] — Two fishermen named Joseph Tetteh, 21, and Daniel Lomotey, 20, have been arrested for stealing a mobile phone each. The mobile phones are said to be worth Ghc170. They also stole an amount of Ghc120.

The two were sentenced to 10 years imprisonment for their action. The complainant who is a phone seller at Mamprobi-Kaneshie station. The two pounced on the complaint and tried stabbing him with scissors.

The scissors however landed on Daniel Lomotey’s hand. An eye witness saw the action and went to the rescue of the complainant and help in the arrest of the two people.
