The Accra Regional Police Command’s No. 42681 G/Sgt Isaac Sowah Nii was caught in uniform smoking a substance thought to be a narcotic drug, according to the Police Administration.
An inquiry is ongoing, and the Sergeant will face disciplinary and legal action as a result.
