Majority Chief Whip Frank Annor Dompreh has expressed his displeasure with police officers’ lack of professionalism, which has resulted in a spate of police violence against unarmed individuals.
He claims that there are now too many of them, and that it is past time for the police to get their act together and ensure the highest level of professionalism.
Frank Annor Dompreh was speaking in response to a recent shooting at the Islamic Senior High School in Kumasi.
“These situations are becoming too numerous,” he remarked. The Police should raise their professional antics and tactics in the face of such ‘infantile’ issues, just as we admire and appreciate them for dealing with such matters and especially ensuring public orderliness.”
