Fraudster awards Sarkodie, D Black, Berla Mundi and others nonexistent “UN Kofi Annan” awards

[Ghanacrimes.com] — Kwame Owusu Fordjour,  a man who was arrested in 2010 for trying to award rural and community banks has awarded several celebrities in Ghana an allegedly fake award. The trending story has seen stars like D Black, Sarkodie,  Berla Mundi, Chairman Wontumi and others receiving this non-existent award.

The fake award named “UN Kofi Annan Global Award Excellence Award in Leadership”  was to honour various key ranking people for their contributions to Ghana’s development.

Berla Mundi has since deleted her tweet in which she posted the now fake award.

The detected fraud is now causing a stir on social media as people are wondering why these big names could not verify the award in question.

According to the promotion video the award ceremony was organised at Alisa Hotel.
