A young woman who had a romantic relationship with one of the managers at First Atlantic Bank has described how those managers routinely harassed female employees. Deborah Adablah, who claims she was coerced into dating Ernest Kwasi Nimako, revealed in a lawsuit that has gone viral on social media that women who refuse to submit to harassment by male bank managers suffer at the hands of these authorities.
The fact that Deborah Adablah said in her summons that the majority of the male senior officers in the office had female employees who are their girlfriends and that they can switch them at anytime is even more alarming. She claims that in addition to sleeping with female employees, they also use female staff to approach extremely wealthy clients in an effort to encourage them to create bank accounts at the expense of the female employees.
Deborah Adablah claims she became involved with Ernest Kwasi Nimako, the bank’s chief financial officer, in response to his relentless attempts and desire for her comfort.
