Chief killed over a parcel of land near Kasoa

[Ghanacrimes.com] — The Asafohene of Mpounahene of the Awutu Traditional Council has been shot dead over a parcel of land. Three people who were with the chief before his death were also shot and are currently in critical condition.

Ten bullets were fired at the four people. The shooting incidence is said to have been sparked over a parcel of land at Awutu Kwao Bondze near Kasoa in the Central Region.

The deceased Asafohene was said to have paid some people to construct a fence wall over the disputed land.

One estate developer known as Kofai is said to be the man behind the shooting incidence.
