At Moseaso in the Wassa Amenfi West of the Western Region, three men who are thought to be armed robbers were set on fire to death.
The incident happened on April 15, 2023, on a Saturday after the alleged robbers failed in their robbery attempt. Bright Agyemfra, an eyewitness, told OTECNEWS that the three allegedly tried to loot local miners but were unsuccessful. As a result, they were detained.
They were burned by the enraged mob. There were four of them, but three were completely burned. The police have possession of the remaining person, who is helping them with their inquiry. The Wassa Amenfi Government Hospital has received their scorched remains for an autopsy and preservation.
