The family of a young mother, Regina Asamoah, who was stabbed and killed in Ghana while she was with her baby, is asking for fairness. It was a terrible incident that happened in broad daylight in Koforidua. Regina had just finished high school one year ago when this happened.
Regina’s husband, Francis Antwi, was very surprised and hurt by what occurred. They were getting ready to celebrate their baby’s naming ceremony, and this tragedy was unexpected. He said, “I am very upset by what happened. I don’t understand why someone would hurt my wife.”
Esther Osaebea, Regina’s mother-in-law, wants the Ghana Police Service to hurry and find the people who did this. She said, “We want the police to discover the individuals who harmed our daughter. We want justice.” But, as of now, the police haven’t caught anyone related to this case.
